Pharmacy Fraud Whistleblowers

have taken on Big Pharma and won.

Pharmacy Fraud Whistleblowers have dedicated themselves to vigorously representing citizen whistleblowers under the False Claims Act.

James G. Vander Linden
Attorney at Law

Experience

Mentored by ethical and true professionals of a preceding generation, Jim’s early post law school training focused on “doing the right thing” and fighting for the less fortunate. Thirty-five years later Jim’s passion is helping the “little guy”. Nothing inspires him more than involvement with the process of resolving the issues of a person victimized by overwhelming greed and irresponsibility.

Jim has tried many jury trials throughout Minnesota and represented clients throughout the United States. He has had the privilege of representing injured workers and their families regarding disabling and sometimes fatal work related injuries.

Representing relators in False Claims litigation is a logical extension of his professional career. In this context, corporate greed and dishonesty is exposed by courageous individuals who face employment discrimination and termination.
